I loved the convenience of the hotel's location which allowed me to walk to many of the local attractions. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating and made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.

Staff was helpful and friendly, always there when needed. The location was convenient, easy to walk around to the main attractions and historical places. the atmosphere of the city was vibrant and lively, making the trip a lot more enjoyable.

The rooms were dirty and not well maintained, the bathroom was in a terrible state, and amenities were not provided as mentioned. , the lift was not working and we had to walk up the stairs which was a real inconvenience.
